Our primary goal is customer satisfaction and with that in mind we make sure they are satisfied with our level of work even before signing up with us therefore, we provide our clients free trials so they can assess our skills before signing up.
Unfortunately we do not have a refund scheme for dissatisfied customers but we do have a review system that allows our dissatisfied clients to point out the flaws in our edited images and allow us to redo it for you at no cost at all. This can be done several times until optimum results are achieved or our client is fully satisfied.
We have the capacity to process over 6000 images a day as per our current capacity and our clients can provide us with as many projects as they wish. However some edits are complex and take longer where this number will decrease. We offer quality edits where we put our time and effort to produce the best output for our clients.
The pay structure we have is very simple. Our client has to pay on a monthly basis on how many images they’ve submitted for edits. Moreover, our clients usually pay us through PayPal or bank transfers to make payment flexible.
We have data protection acts in place that make sure your images are entitled to only you and will not be used elsewhere. However, in such cases where we might wish to display your images on our profile, we will do so with your permission.
